Through our initiatives such as the Afrika Festival T\u00fcbingen, Africa Business & Development Forums,\u00a0 and our mentorship programs, volunteering has become a pathway for us to grow, lead, inspire, motivate, attract and actively shape our community in Germany and beyond. Our platforms have gathered, connected and brought people from diverse backgrounds, through Volunteering, we have built real-life engagement. Our understanding of volunteerism is deeply inspired by lived experience. We have seen how a small nonprofit organization could build a strong culture of civic responsibility and active participation. The Africa We Want e.V Germany has contributed to strengthening and promoting Africa – EU partnerships, collaborations, fostering integration and cultural education.
