Across Africa, many young people are losing hope in themselves and in the future of the continent. In search of better opportunities, some are driven to dangerous and often deadly migration pathways. At the same time, African youth in the diaspora face their own challenges, navigating identity, career paths, and belonging in complex environments. That’s the challenges, as mentee we equip them with mindset knowledge and education needed to understand how to take pride in being African and be a part of the Africa’s wealth\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Africa We Want e.V Germany is partnering as a mentee with the PLO Foundation in Africa. This experience taught me that mentorship is not a privilege, it is a necessity. I have seen firsthand how hungry our youth are for guidance, knowledge, and direction. When we invest in mentorship, we are not just shaping individuals, we are shaping the future of Africa.\u201d
