Through our initiatives such as the Afrika Festival Tübingen, Africa Business & Development Forums, and our mentorship programs, volunteering has become a pathway for us to grow, lead, inspire, motivate, attract and actively shape our community in Germany and beyond. Our platforms have gathered, connected and brought people from diverse backgrounds, through Volunteering, we have built real-life engagement. We are proud of this achievement
Our understanding of volunteerism is deeply inspired by lived experience. We have seen how a small nonprofit organization could build a strong culture of civic responsibility and active participation. The Africa We Want e.V Germany has contributed to strengthening and promoting Africa – EU partnerships, collaborations, fostering integration and cultural education. This experience is what we aim to nurture within African communities and the diaspora.
