As our vision grew, so did the need for a platform that could connect Africans at home and in the diaspora in real time,a space that goes beyond borders, languages, and limitations.

In 2020, this vision gave birth to Pan-African Daily TV, the official voice of The Afrika We Want e.V.

Before the digital era of connection, The Africa We Want e.V. Germany had already recognized the power of media as a tool to inform, unite, and build community.

Between 2012 and 2016, our media journey began with AfrikAktiv – The Afrika Magazin for Baden-Württemberg, a print publication with over 20,000 free copies distributed across Tübingen and its surroundings. It created visibility, shared stories, and enhanced African voices at a regional level

One of the most defining moments on Pan-African Daily TV was the story of Ousman Touray—the first youth from the African continent to feature as a guest with Dr. Susan Tatah.

His story did more than inspire, it ignited a conversation across Africa and the diaspora.

At a time when many young Africans see leaving the continent as the only path to success, Ousman made a bold and unconventional choice: he refused a scholarship to study abroad, choosing instead to pursue his education and future on the African continent.

Ousman’s story reminds us that change begins with mindset. When one young person dares to choose differently, it can inspire millions to do the same.

His decision challenged a deeply rooted narrative and raised powerful questions:

Can Africa be a place of opportunity?, What does it mean to believe in the continent?, Can young Africans build their future at home?

Ousman Touray became the new vision for Africa"s youth. He choosed Africa and today he's a very succesful Entrepreneur, family man and leader.

Every movement needs a voice. Pan-African Daily TV is that voice, enhancing stories that matter, shaping narratives, and bringing people together across continents. Pan African Daily TV has become a digital home where African perspectives are shared authentically

As our vision grew, so did the need for a platform that could connect Africans at home and in the diaspora in real time, a space that goes beyond borders, languages, and limitations.

Through Pan-African Daily TV, his voice reached audiences worldwide, sparking dialogue, reflection, and renewed pride in African identity. His story became more than an interview, it became a movement of thought, encouraging Africans everywhere to rethink the idea of leaving, and instead consider building, contributing, and transforming the continent.
